Dr. Albert began practicing in 2007 at New York Pain Consultants and joined New York Spine & Pain Physicians in 2013. He completed his medical training at the University of the West Indies, graduating with Honors. He completed internship at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in the Department of Internal Medicine, then went on to residency training at Stony Brook University Hospital at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. During his residency, Dr. Albert developed an interest in pain medicine and interventional spinal injections and trained at various institutions including Stony Brook University, the Veterans Administration, and New York Pain Consultants, broadening his understanding of both acute and chronic pain. Dr. Albert joined New York Pain Consultants after completing his residency and pursued an additional year of training in a Fellowship capacity.
